    • human resource management
    • maintenance management
    • safety management
    • energy conservation at refineries
  2. Improve leadership capabilities through group training and learning about”Rational Thinking Processes”
  3. Visit to:
    • refineries
    • an engineering company
Prerequisites Directors, general managers, senior managers or those in an
equivalent position in refineries
