  2. Introduction of Japanese-style HRM and how to develop / design career development in Japan
  3. Recent changes in circumstances
    • Japanese society
    • Japanese companies and HRM
  4. HRD under the current circumstances
  5. Visit to:
    • a refinery
    • an oil company
    • an engineering company
    • a university
Prerequisites Training managers or management-level staff with at least several years’ experience in in-house training and education, or those with an equivalent qualification
