Objectives
This course aims to discuss and create an action plan for the implementation of future HRD programs and technical cooperation programs themed on natural gas and LNG. Representatives from personnel departments in Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam will exchange views about JCCP programs (TR, IT, CPJ and CPO) and technical cooperation with Japanese experts in various fields related to the oil industry, and the needs in each organization will be assessed through interviews, for incorporation into future programs.
Additionally, the course will allow JCCP to acquire information about participating organizations and their HRD initiatives, as well as promote the establishment of personal connections and provide opportunities for interviews that would enable JCCP member companies to strengthen their relationships with participating organizations with an eye on future business expansion.
