Objectives
For future executives in the refinery and technology sector, this program provides opportunities to learn about corporate strategy in Japanese oil companies as well as advanced expertise in various technical fields. Through this course, participants will acquire the specialized knowledge and insights required of next-generation executives in technical divisions. Additionally, the program aims to cultivate their ability to think strategically from an international perspective and develop a broad outlook.
