Objectives
This course is designed for managers in human resources departments. The primary objective is for participants to learn about Human Capital Development (HCD) as a strategic approach to drive an organization's sustainable growth and create corporate value. The course emphasizes viewing talent as the organization's most critical asset ("capital") and focuses on strategies to maximize their potential. Participants will study the importance of HCD through relevant case studies. A further goal is to develop the participants' leadership skills to enable them to promote the competency development of their employees effectively.

Qualification
University degree or higher and in a middle management position in charge of human capital/resource development in an HC/HR department or with equivalent qualifications.
