Objectives
Pre-manager-level staff in the HRM / D department can improve human resources development programs in their own country by learning the theory and methods of human resource development in Japan and experiencing the training practiced in Japanese companies.
The purpose is to deepen understanding of theories and cases of human resource development.

2. Site Visit:
      ・University: Visit Japanese higher education institutions in this new normal era and learn about the new graduate recruitment system of Japanese companies and training design for human resource development.
   ・	Others (manufacturing industry, etc.): Learn about the global personnel system and education and training in the Japanese manufacturing industry.

Project Report

Learn about current personnel system/measures and the latest cases of Japanese companies, and deepen their knowledge about human capital development in order to cultivate the design/operation ability of human capital development in their own countries.
