Management and Leadership in Petroleum Industry – for women’s career development –

A special Program for the next generation of leaders aiming for senior executive positions was conducted. 12 female leaders from Four Middle East Countries participated. The program is designed to learn enhancing women leadership and career development with improving their leadership abilities through lectures and workshops based on the three perspectives—management, leadership, and the energy industry. The outcomes summarized during the workshop group discussion were presented at the 20th FCW Forum.
