By ensuring the reliable transfer of Japanese technology, JCCP aims to deepen mutual trust and foster closer, long-term cooperation with our global partners.

International Symposium
Since its establishment, the International Symposium has been held annually, inviting energy experts and senior executives from petroleum-related institutions in oil and gas producing countries to Japan. The symposium provides a platform for exchanging views with Japanese downstream petroleum specialists on current challenges in oil supply and exploring practical solutions to address them.

Friendship Committee for Women Career Development(FCW)
Friendship Committee for Women Career Development (FCW) started in 2015 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak for the women’s success in the oil related sectors in the United Arab Emirates and Japan. With the honorable support of H.E. Dr. Maitha bin Salem Al Shamsi of UAE Minister of State, ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), and JCCP cooperate and organize the programs which have been alternately implemented ever six months in both countries.

Saudi Arabia – Japan Joint Symposium
JCCP regularly hosts joint symposiums with oil and gas producing countries, as well as with national oil companies, universities, and research institutions, holding theme-specific seminars in Japan and partner countries on an as-needed basis. In Saudi Arabia, these symposiums are held regularly in collaboration with Saudi Aramco and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
Kuwait-Japan Joint Symposium
In Kuwait, JCCP regularly co-host symposiums with the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR). These symposiums provide a platform for researchers from oil and gas producing countries to present their latest findings and support the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the energy sector.

Survey on Downstream Trends in Oil and Gas Producing Countries(FY2016 and Earlier)
The Survey on downstream trends in oil and gas producing countries investigates the present state and issues facing the oil downstream sectors in partner countries and provides a basis for creating support measures that specifically reflect the needs of each country.
Comprehensive Survey for Technical Cooperation (FY2011 and Earlier)
These are the results of the Comprehensive Technical Cooperation Surveys conducted before FY2011.
From FY2012, this project was integrated into the “Survey on Downstream Petroleum Trends in Oil and Gas Producing Countries etc.”
VIP Invitations
This program invites senior executives involved in downstream petroleum policy decisions from oil and gas producing countries to Japan. It aims to deepen their understanding of JCCP’s activities and provide a platform for facilitating dialogues on collaboration between Japan and partner countries in the downstream sector.
