Objectives
To acquire the knowledge of maintenance management, materials and corrosion, safeguard designs & safety culture, inspection technologies, etc. for facilities that handle oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG), from the manager's perspective
Main Topics
Participants will acquire the following knowledge

1. Maintenance management (strategies, tactics, techniques, RAM*, TPM, etc.)
    *: Reliability Availability & Maintainability
2. Materials selection, corrosion prevention technologies, failure analyses 
    and repair technologies for facilities that handle oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG)
3. Safeguard designs for facilities that handle oil and gas (incl. LNG & LPG) and 
    safety culture.
4. CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) management.
5. On-stream inspection for storage tanks,
    non-destructive inspection technologies, etc.
6. Latest maintenance services
7. Visits to: 
   ・A gas company or a refinery
   ・An engineering company
   ・A plant maintenance company
   ・A non-destructive inspection company, etc.

Qualification
Mechanical/maintenance managers or engineers with a university degree and at least three years’ experience in the maintenance of oil handling field facilities, or those with equivalent qualifications
