To provide participants an understanding of Japan and its oil/energy industry and an opportunity to learn about oil company strategies and decision-making from a financial aspect.
To provide workshops on crude selection, business analysis & investment decisions, procurement & supply chain management, and business negotiation.

   ・Overview of the oil industry (business environment)
   ・Outline of refining process
   ・Business analysis & investment decisions
   ・Business negotiation
   ・Procurement and supply chain management

2. Visits to:
   ・A refinery
   ・A retail dealer 
   ・A crude oil transshipping terminal

Managers or those with equivalent qualifications who assume a role in assisting in the management’s decision-making process.
Participants from both business lines and administrative functions are welcome.
