After the Executive Director of JCCP delivers a welcome speech, all course participants and JCCP staff members introduce themselves to each other.

An overview is provided on basic information in relation to staying in Japan, safety precautions, and return flights, and a daily allowance is provided for each participant.

At the end of the course, the Executive Director of JCCP delivers a closing speech and personally presents a completion certificate to each participant. The course closes with a thank-you speech given by a participant who is selected to represent all members of the course.
