Regular course on Material Problems and Their Countermeasures

e696b0e88888e38397e383a9e383b3e38386e38383e382afe38080e8ac9be7bea9e9a2a8e699af1A regular course intended for materials and welding engineers in refineries was held to introduce Japan’s outstanding materials, welding and inspection technologies, and damage case examples in refineries around the world. It also provided countermeasures to materials and welding problems, and discussed theories and the operation of welding technologies to repair.

Training Simulator Upgraded

e696b0no6-11Since its establishment, JCCP has provided hands-on training using DCS training simulators installed in JCCP Headquarters in the Sunshine 60 Building. At present, two brands of simulators are used for a wide range of training exercises, including exercises in basic DCS functions and related systems. However, for even greater practicality, one of the two simulators has been upgraded.

trc_02JCCP and TAKREER Research Centre (TRC) held a joint workshop on refinery processing technologies and research at TRC in Abu Dhabi as part of “TRC Operation Support Project Phase II”, a JCCP technical cooperation project being implemented with TAKREER.

“KACST-JCCP 1st Joint International Workshop” held at KACST in Riyadh

kacst_07KACST and JCCP co-organized 1st International Workshop for the Earth’s Surface and Subsurface 4D Monitoring at KACST in Riyadh, with the objective of promoting exchanges in the latest technologies for monitoring ground changes.
