Objective
To improve the mindset of mechanical/process engineers who are in charge of operations in the maintenance or technical section, and the performance of refinery equipment
Main Topics
The first main subject is maintenance management & safety management by TPM in Japanese companies. The second objective is to understand Kaizen & TPM activities through actual examples of Kaizen by TPM in Japan.

Qualification
Mechanical and process engineers with a university degree and at least five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of oil refineries, or those with equivalent qualifications
