Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-3-19

To provide participants with knowledge of technologies, businesses and leadership for oil companies. Core subjects are construction and upgrading of refineries with a focus on chemical, heavy oil upgrading and power generation. The course also includes a leadership program for next generation leaders.

Leadership of oil companies encompasses capability to manage and envision future plans for new refinery and upgrading. New refinery plan aligned with business strategies of the oil industry is ranged from petrochemical integration, heavy oil upgrading and power generation businesses. Participants will study core technologies and associated businesses to gain insight for future vision of refineries.
