Objective
For next leaders in oil producing countries, this program provides opportunities to study Japanese management, strategies and energy and environment policies in order to develop strategizing capabilities from a broad and long-term perspective.
Main Topics
Leaders of national oil and gas companies facing a structural change in business environment are required to enhance their capability to envision the future and create new business strategies. Participants will study policies relating to energy and the environment, together with management and business models, through on-site visits and interactive discussions with leaders and experts. The program provides opportunities for next leaders to build insight for future business strategies of national oil companies.
