To provide knowledge of heavy oil upgrading processes, with a focus on cracking and hydrotreating processes

Participants will acquire knowledge of a wide range of topics related to heavy oil upgrading, including cracking units, sulfur-free gasoline, FCC practice using a dynamic simulator, and LP simulator learning

    3.Thermal and catalytic cracking processes

    4.Gasification

    5.Selection and combination of upgrading processes

    6.Catalyst for upgrading processes

    7.FCC practice using a dynamic simulator

        ・Refineries
        ・A catalyst research institute
        ・A catalyst manufacturer
Qualification
Process engineers with a university degree and at least five years’ experience in a refinery or equivalent facility, who are interested in upgrading processes, or those with equivalent qualifications
