To provide knowledge of safety management in Japanese refineries including the latest means for designing safe plants, accident examples, maintenance and risk management

Qualification
Engineers with a university degree and at least three years’ experience specializing in safety management, operation or maintenance in a refinery, or those with equivalent qualifications
