The 39th JCCP International Symposium was held online on January 28, 2021. The theme was “Outlook and
Challenges for the Oil Industry Standing at the Crossroads: Contributions and Strategies for a Sustainable
Society.” There was an active exchange of opinions among government officials, oil companies, and energy
experts in oil and gas producing countries in the Middle East, North America and Asia. Approximately 600
