Participating in the IT-1-26 Human Capital Program was a truly enriching experience both professionally and personally. The program provided valuable insights into human capital development, continuous learning, AI applications, and the importance of linking training initiatives with organizational performance.
I particularly appreciated the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Japanese professionals and visit organizations that demonstrated innovative approaches to people development and workplace improvement. The discussions and exchange of ideas with participants from different backgrounds were equally inspiring.
Beyond the training program, experiencing Japanese culture, hospitality, and professionalism made this journey even more memorable. I returned to Iraq with new knowledge, practical ideas, and strong motivation to contribute to improving training and development practices within the Ministry of Oil.
