On September 13, 2018, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Ltd. (BCP) and JCCP held a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at Bangchak Refinery to launch the technical cooperation project named “Technical Collaboration for Improvements of Maintenance and Operations at Bangchak Refinery”.
Mr. Chalermchai Udomranu, Senior Executive Vice President, Refinery Business Unit of BCP and Mr. Eiji Hiraoka, Senior Executive Director of JCCP signed the MOA under the witness of Mr. Pativat Tivasasit (Executive Vice President, Refinery Manufacturing Business of BCP), Mr. Anek Eknikom (Technical and SHE Senior Vice President of BCP), Mr. Hideshi Kurimoto (Director, Production Unit of Cosmo Oil Co. Ltd), and Mr. Ryusuke Hiratsuka (Head of International Cooperation Center of Cosmo Oil Co. Ltd).
Reliability and heat recovery improvements of hydrogen plant, and pre-startup support of CCR Platformer will be studied over a two years period in the project to enhance the competitiveness of Bangchak Refinery operated by BCP.
