HCD programs in Japan consist of classroom lectures given by specialists at JCCP Headquarters, hands-on training using simulators, and visits to oil companies, engineering companies, the offices of equipment manufacturers, plants, and refineries. The visits provide practical training through observation of various processes and discussions with experts.
Opening ceremony
After the CEO of JCCP delivers a welcoming speech, all course participants and JCCP staff members introduce themselves to each other.

Orientation
An overview is provided on basic information in relation to staying in Japan, safety precautions.
Lectures and Workshops by Experts
The program features lectures by oil industry experts and thematic workshops, offering an interactive experience through group discussions and presentations.

A.DSC Simulation Training
Each DCS (Distributed Control System) is connected to a miniature plant, allowing participants to practice process control basics, advanced applications, and safety systems in a realistic plant environment.

B.Onsite Programs at Various Companies, Plants, Refineries, and Research Institutions in Japan
Participants of HCD programs in Japan have opportunities to visit manufacturing companies and research institutions in Japan to receive lectures from experts, inspect actual machines on site, and in some cases gain hands-on experience on a trial basis.

Closing Ceremony
At the conclusion of the program, the Executive Director of JCCP delivers a closing speech and personally presents each participant with a completion certificate. This is followed by a speech delivered by a participant selected to represent the entire course.
