Based on the request of the Gulf oil-producing countries for developing participants’ learning skills of management and leadership for promoting women’s active participation in their own countries, an eight-day course was held for female managers who are expected to be a candidate for executive positions in those countries.

It is consisted of some leadership programs of developing world-standard global business management capabilities as well as learning Japan’s corporate policies, expertise, etc., as follows:

Project Report

Cooperating with the Japanese FCW committee members selected by Japanese oil and engineering companies, participants had some online workshops regarding “Working styles and diversity promotion in the new normal era.” to discuss issues, perform analyses, and find solutions in each group from either of the following perspectives:

— reforming awareness/systems, — utilizing advanced technologies

At the 12th FCW Forum on November 18th, they presented recommendations which were gained from the above workshop.
