Management and Leadership in Petroleum Industry -for achieving carbon neutrality and women’s empowerment-

To enhance leadership skill and lead to develop individual careers as a next leader in petroleum industry through lectures and workshops to learn latest management policies, such as Carbon Neutrality, D&I, and Women’s empowerment, to realize a sustainable society. Under the theme of “What we can do towards carbon neutrality,” participants discussed their visions, issues and recommendations with women working in Japanese oil and gas sector. They made presentations and delivered them at the 17th FCW Forum.
