Objectives
In this course, based on the concept of human capital management, participants will learn about management systems and human capital strategies, including the identification, evaluation, and placement of human capital to maximize the strengths and growth potential of individual employees. At the same time, the course aims to develop participants’ management skills.

Qualification
University degree or higher and in a middle management position in HR’s administrative department or with equivalent qualifications.
Project Report
We invited Senior / Middle HR Managers from major oil- and gas-producing countries to deepen their understanding of the latest trends in Human Capital Management (HCM) and to engage in discussions on the importance of aligning business strategy with HR strategy. Participants compared Japanese companies with those in their own countries. Through this, they learned about the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches. The goal was to use these insights to improve HCM in their own organizations.
