This program provides an opportunity for human resource managers in oil and gas companies to gain a better understanding of human resource development.
The Japanese and global human resource theories and methodologies gained from this program will help oil and gas companies improve their human resource development programs.

2. Visit to:
・University: Visit Japanese higher education institutions and learn about the new graduate recruitment system of Japanese companies and training design for human resource development.
