Objectives
Those in middle management learn about current personnel system / measures and the latest cases of Japanese companies, and deepen their knowledge about human resource management in order to cultivate the design / operation ability of human resource management in their own countries.
Main Topics
1. Lecture:
・	Overview of human resource management in Japanese companies
・	About recruitment, evaluation, compensation, ability development system
・	Introduction of the latest cases of personnel systems and measures
・	Team management training (workshop format)
        Improvement of management ability necessary to carry out personnel measures

2. Site Visit:
・	Personnel consulting company: Learn about typical practices and strategies of human resource management systems in Japanese companies 
・	Fuel dispenser manufacturer: In addition to learning about the Kanban method, which is a mechanism for business improvement that is a characteristic of 
        the Japanese manufacturing industry, we also visit gas stations to learn about personnel management in the retail industry of the Japanese oil industry.
・	Others (engineering companies, etc.): Learn about global personnel systems in the New Normal.
