Objectives
To provide technology-related leaders in charge of upgrading refineries with knowledge of petrochemical plant integration, upgrading of fuel oil, energy conservation and power generation facilities, and economic efficiency evaluation, and to improve their study capabilities for overall competitiveness of refineries, including grassroots refineries.
