Objectives
This course is designed for middle managers in the HR department to understand the importance of HCD (Human Capital Development) in maximizing diverse human resources to accelerate organizational growth and acquire practical skills. Participants will be able to apply what they have learned to their work and contribute to improving the quality of human resource development and revitalizing the entire organization.

* The purpose of human resources is to utilize employees as management resources, whereas the purpose of human capital is to increase corporate value by improving the value of employees themselves as investment targets.

Through lectures and company visits, learn HCD in practice:

Those who are university graduates or above and are in middle management positions belonging to the HRM / D department, or those who have equivalent qualifications
Project Report

This program aims to develop design and operational skills in human capital management for middle managers by learning proven HR systems, policies, and case studies in Japanese companies. Participants will learn the historical transition and current status of human capital management in Japan, understand the advantages and disadvantages through comparison with their own countries, discuss issues, and ultimately contribute to the development and improvement of human capital development and the realization of human capital management.
