In response to a request from a Gulf oil-producing country for HRD program to promote the advancement of women, we conducted an eight-day training program for female managers of the national oil companies, with the aim of further developing their careers and leadership skills.
Lectures and workshops were provided to help participants gain awareness, knowledge, and solutions for higher-level leadership in the oil industry.

Cooperating with the Japanese FCW committee members selected by Japanese oil and engineering companies, participants had some online workshops to discuss the following topics based on the main theme of ” Looking to the Future of the Oil and Gas Industry – D & I Management, Our Career Plan ‒ “. The participants were divided into groups to identify and analyze the issues and discuss solutions.
