JCCP welcomed 14 professionals with diverse backgrounds from eight major oil- and gas-producing countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa to this program. While the world faces geopolitical tensions and global instability, these nations continue to sustain the global energy supply. These frontline professionals, along with Japanese counterparts who closely support them while working alongside them on shared challenges, came together for earnest discussions with JCCP experts. Facing the monumental challenge of “Energy Transition,” participants went beyond national borders to explore the future direction of next-generation projects. This process served as an outstanding opportunity to put into practice the essence of “relationship management,” which is critical to project management. In this turbulent era, global networks of trust are the driving force that will shape the future. JCCP’s human capital development platform serves as a powerful starting point where like-minded professionals from Japan and around the world connect to co-create and open new possibilities for the future energy society.
