Objective
For next leaders of oil producing countries, this program provides an opportunity to study Japanese management in oil and other manufacturing companies and the energy and environment policy of the Japanese government, to develop strategizing capabilities for management of oil companies
Main Topics
The management of oil companies is required to enhance its capability to create new business strategies and a future vision of the oil industry. Participants will study energy and environmental policies and technologies and new management and businesses models through visits and interactive discussions with leaders and experts. These opportunities will help next leaders gain insight for future business strategies in national oil companies.
