Course Title Refinery and Technology Management -for Next Technology Executive-

Objective
To provide an opportunity to study refinery and technology management of Japanese companies, in order to develop the management capability of next-generation leaders in the field of refining and technology 
Main Topics
Participants will acquire knowledge of management system in technical fields and develop capability required for top technology leaders in oil producing countries.
Specifically, participants will study essential parts of the Japanese management approaches to environmental and energy conservation, maintenance and safety, and project and technology development through lectures, workshops and case method discussions.
They will thus build up the foresight, strategic decision-making and planning capability which are essential to establish a new management system and to manage their business in an efficient manner.
