Objective
To provide a different perspective on Japanese HRM in comparison with the HRM system adopted by organizations in each participant country, to improve both their HRM system and the capability of individuals in charge of HRM 
Main Topics
Participants will acquire knowledge of Japanese-style HRM (J-HRM) through an understanding of Japanese history and culture as the basis of J-HRM, and develop the capability to plan and renovate the HRM system in their respective organization.
1.	History of Japan and the Japanese mentality 
2.	Introduction of J-HRM
・	Overview of high economic growth in Japan

3.	Recent changes in HRM in response to social changes in Japan and the globalization of business

Managers or equivalent-level employees in the HR field with a university degree, or equivalent qualifications
