Middle managers in HRM / D department can improve human resources
development programs in their own country by learning the theory and
methods of human resource development in Japan and experiencing the
training practiced in Japanese companies. The purpose is to deepen the
understanding of theories and cases of human resource development.

Those who are university graduates or above and are in middle management positions belonging to the HRM / D department, or those who have equivalent qualifications
