Outline of JCCP Regular Course IT-8-26

For future executives in the refinery and technology sector, this program provides opportunities to learn about corporate strategy in Japanese oil companies as well as advanced expertise in various technical fields. Through this course, participants will acquire the specialized knowledge and insights required of next-generation executives in technical divisions. Additionally, the program aims to cultivate their ability to think strategically from an international perspective and develop a broad outlook.

・Refinery upgrading technologies (Petrochemical integration, Decarbonization)

2. Site Visit: 
・Oil company: Refining business strategy and management (maintenance, safety, and optimization)
・Engineering company: Refinery upgrading (e.g. petrochemical process, carbon neutral technology and AI, and digital technology)
・Equipment manufacturer: Advanced technology, maintenance
・Instrument manufacturer: AI & IoT technology and digital transformation

Senior manager in refineries and technical departments. Those with recommendations from top management will be prioritized.
