Objective
Pre-manager-level staff  in the HRM / D department can improve human resources development programs in their own country by learning the theory and methods of human resource development in Japan and experiencing the training practiced in Japanese companies. 
The purpose is to deepen understanding of theories and cases of human resource development.

1. Lecture (including case studies and workshops): 
   ・	Human resource development model
   ・	Global human resource development
   ・	Current education and training methods
         -  Diversity management
         -  Leadership
         -  Coaching
2. Site Visit:
      ・University: Visit Japanese higher education institutions in this new normal era and learn about the new graduate recruitment system of Japanese companies and training design for human resource development.
   ・	Others (manufacturing industry, etc.): Learn about the global personnel system and education and training in the Japanese manufacturing industry.

Those who are university graduates or above and are in pre-manager level positions belonging to the HRM / D department, or those who have equivalent qualifications
