Cultivate leadership for emerging leaders with the potential to envision industry transformation and business development from a broader and long-term perspective making use of one’s personalized leadership styles and strengths.

2. Site Visit:
・Mid- and long-term plan of oil companies
・Technologies for carbon neutrality
・Renewable energy facilities

Emerging leaders for business development in oil and gas industries (Ages 25 to 35).
Those with recommendations from top management will be prioritized.
