PID control) to the latest Advanced Process Control (APC) skills, and broadens knowledge through practical training using a simulator to improve skills related to control technology. |

Lecture and Practice: ・Overview of Japanese petroleum industry ・Basic control theory (feedback control, PID control, model predictive control) ・Basic process control practice using a DCS simulator connected to a miniature plant (PID parameter tuning, advanced control) ・Practice with a model predictive control simulator ・Cybersecurity ・Safety instrument system ・Operation support system ・Latest instrumentation & control systems 2. Site Visit: ・Sensing service manufacturer: Technology of level gauge and inventory monitoring system |
