| Objective | This course aims to improve the reliability of rotating machinery by deepening participants’ understanding of technical requirements, design concepts, manufacturing processes, and error diagnosis and evaluation techniques that affect the reliability of rotating machinery. |

| Qualification | Young leader to mid-level engineer with at least 5 years of practical experience in specification selection, operation management, and maintenance of rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, etc.) at an oil refinery, or equivalent qualification. Candidates should also be able to conduct daily conversations and presentations in English. |
